Hiring: Chief Operating Officer (COO) – Koshys Hospital

Location: Bengaluru

Experience: 8–15+ years in hospital administration or healthcare operations

Koshys Hospital is looking for a strong, decisive, and hands-on leader to oversee end-to-end hospital operations, ensure staff accountability, improve patient satisfaction, and drive overall hospital performance.

Key Responsibilities

- Oversee daily operations across all hospital departments.
- Lead teams, enforce discipline, and ensure staff accountability and productivity.
- Conduct regular patient rounds, gather feedback, and resolve grievances.
- Implement effective SOPs and systems to improve operational efficiency.
- Monitor service quality, patient satisfaction, and departmental performance.
- Ensure compliance with hospital policies, safety standards, and applicable regulations.
- Drive continuous improvement in patient care and the hospital’s overall reputation.

Requirements




- Graduate/Postgraduate qualification in Hospital Administration, Healthcare Management, or a related field.
- 8–15+ years of relevant hospital operations experience.
- Strong leadership, decision-making, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multidisciplinary teams firmly and professionally.
- Proactive, organised, and results-driven, with a solid sense of ownership.

We are looking for a confident leader who takes charge, drives accountability, and ensures smooth hospital operations while keeping patient care at the centre of every decision. Pay: ₹100,000.00 - ₹150,000.00 per month
