About the Role:

This is a newly created Chief of Staff position reporting directly to the CEO. You'll act as a trusted advisor and central operating partner to executive leadership — driving strategic initiatives, ensuring cross-functional alignment, and bringing structure and rigor to how the company executes on its goals. This is a high-visibility, high-ownership role suited to someone who thrives in a rapid-moving startup environment and wants to shape how a scaling healthcare-fintech company operates.

What You Will Do:

1. Collaborate with executive leaders to develop, execute, and monitor key strategic initiatives, using research and analysis to drive data-driven decisions
2. Serve as a primary partner to executive leadership — managing priorities, optimizing time, and preparing briefing materials and presentations for critical meetings
3. Act as the connective bridge between executive leadership and business departments,



drafting and refining high-level communications and performance reports
4. Lead strategic special projects end-to-end, tracking key metrics and reporting status to senior leadership
5. Proactively identify operational bottlenecks and risks, and design practical, high-impact solutions
6. Guide and mentor administrative/operational support staff within the executive office
7. Maintain the highest standards of discretion and ethics when handling sensitive, business-critical information.

What We're Looking For:

1. Bachelor's degree from a Tier-1 institution (undergrad or MBA/PGDM from a top-tier school) — Engineering + MBA/PGDM combination is strongly preferred
2. 4-8 years of experience as a Chief of Staff, Executive Business Partner, or in a high-level strategic management/consulting role, including meaningful startup experience
3. Proven ability to break down complex business problems, run deep data analysis, and translate strategy into execution
4. Working knowledge/comfort with Excel/SQL, Tableau or Power BI, and project management tools like Asana, Jira, or Notion
5. Some regulatory literacy relevant to healthcare financing/lending (RBI/NBFC-adjacent awareness), even if not a compliance specialist
6. Track record of simultaneously driving multiple cross-functional projects with rigorous tracking and clean execution
7. Superior written, verbal, and presentation skills, with the ability to operate comfortably with C-suite executives and external stakeholders
8. Demonstrated resilience, adaptability, and leadership capability in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
