Role Description The Chief Marketing Officer Co-Founder will lead the end-to-end marketing strategy and execution for Dataora, working closely with the founding team to shape the brand and drive growth. This on-site role in Ghaziabad includes defining market positioning, overseeing go-to-market plans, and managing campaigns across digital and offline channels. Day-to-day responsibilities involve conducting market analysis, identifying customer segments, developing messaging, and collaborating with product and sales teams to align marketing initiatives with business goals.





The CMO Co-Founder will also build and mentor a marketing team, establish performance metrics, manage public relations and partnerships, and contribute to fundraising, investor communications, and long-term strategic planning.

Qualifications

- Strong skills in Market Planning and Marketing Management to design and execute integrated marketing strategies.

- Proficiency in Market Research to analyze customer needs, competitors, and industry trends.

- Experience in Public Relations to manage brand reputation, media outreach, and strategic communications.

- Background in Sales to collaborate on go-to-market initiatives and support revenue growth.

- Proven leadership experience in a senior marketing role, ideally in SaaS or B2B technology environments.

- Ability to work on-site in Ghaziabad and thrive in an early-stage startup setting as a co-founder.

- Solid analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills, with a focus on measurable outcomes.

- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
