Position: Chief Financial Officer (CFO)

Experience: 15+ Years

Qualification: Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) / M.Com / B.Com

Key Responsibilities

- Lead financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management.
- Manage accounts, taxation, audits, and statutory compliance.
- Develop financial strategies to improve profitability and control costs.
- Monitor working capital, fund management, and financial risks.
- Oversee costing, MIS reporting, and financial analysis.
- Coordinate with banks, auditors, investors, and statutory authorities.
- Support management in strategic business decisions.
- Lead and guide the Finance & Accounts team.

Required Skills
- Solid knowledge of financial management, accounting standards, taxation, and corporate finance.
- Expertise in financial analysis, cost control, and working capital management.
- Strong leadership, analytical, and decision-making skills.
- Experience in the manufacturing or steel industry will be preferred.
