We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Chief Manager – HR to lead HR initiatives and drive people strategies across the organization.
Key Requirements
8+ years of experience in HR / HRBP roles
2+ years of team leadership experience
Strong expertise in HR operations & HR business partnering
Excellent leadership, communication & people management skills
Strong ability to manage stakeholders and drive employee engagement
Experience in the BFSI / NBFC / Microfinance sector will be preferred
CTC: As per market standards
