Role & responsibilities:

- Accounts &
- Financial Reporting:

Manage accounting, reconciliations, month-end/year-end closing, P&L;, Balance Sheet and Cash Flow.

- GST &

- Taxation:

Handle GST, TDS, Income Tax compliance, returns, reconciliations and notices.

- Audit &

- Compliance:

Coordinate statutory, tax and internal audits and ensure timely statutory compliance.

- MIS &

- Analysis:

Prepare MIS, financial reports, budgets, variance analysis and management reports.

- Costing &

- Manufacturing Finance:

Manage product costing, production costs, overheads and cost variance analysis.

- Working Capital: Monitor receivables, payables, inventory, cash flow and fund requirements.

- Internal Controls: Strengthen financial controls, documentation, authorization and compliance processes.





- Team Management: Supervise the Finance &

- Accounts team and coordinate with Production, Purchase, Sales, Stores, auditors and management.

Preferred candidate profile

- Qualified CA (15-20 Years)

- Proven expertise in areas such as Balance Sheet Finalization, Cost Control, Budgeting, Mis Analysis, MIS Preparation, Forex Management, Export Finance.

- Relevant experience in Accounts &
- Finance

- Solid knowledge of GST, TDS &

- Income Tax

- Good analytical and communication skills

- Immediate & short notice period Joiners preferred

- Local candidates preferred
