Cent Bank Home Finance Ltd. invites applications from qualified Chartered Accountants for the position of Chief Financial Officer (CFO) AGM Grade at its Corporate Office in Mumbai.

The selected candidate will be responsible for overseeing the company's financial operations, accounting, financial reporting, treasury, taxation, audit, budgeting, and regulatory compliance. The role requires robust financial leadership, strategic planning capabilities, and experience in managing financial functions within banks, NBFCs, Housing Finance Companies (HFCs), or other financial services organisations.

Key Responsibilities

- Oversee the company's overall financial management, accounting, and reporting functions.
- Lead the preparation and finalisation of financial statements in accordance with applicable accounting standards, including Ind AS.
- Ensure compliance with RBI/NHB regulatory requirements and other applicable statutory guidelines.
- Manage treasury operations, liquidity planning, and Asset Liability Management (ALM).
- Lead budgeting, financial planning, forecasting, and monitoring of financial performance.
- Oversee taxation, statutory audits, internal audits, and regulatory inspections.
- Establish and maintain effective financial controls, accounting systems, and risk management processes.
- Ensure timely and accurate financial reporting to management, regulators, and other stakeholders.
- Monitor financial risks and support strategic business decisions through financial analysis.
- Lead and guide finance and accounts teams to ensure operational efficiency and compliance.
- Coordinate with auditors, regulators, financial institutions, and other relevant stakeholders.




- Identify opportunities to improve financial processes, reporting accuracy, and cost efficiency.

Eligibility Criteria
- Must be a Chartered Accountant (CA) from a recognised institution.
- Minimum 10 years of post-qualification experience in finance, accounting, taxation, audit, treasury, financial management, or related functions.
- Experience in banks, financial institutions, NBFCs, Housing Finance Companies, or other relevant financial services organisations.
- At least 3 years of experience in a senior managerial or leadership position, with substantial responsibility for finance, accounts, treasury, financial reporting, regulatory compliance, audit, or related functions.
- Experience in the NBFC, HFC, banking, or financial services sector will be preferred.
- Exposure to Ind AS, RBI/NHB compliance, treasury and ALM, budgeting, financial planning, taxation, audit, regulatory inspections, and financial controls will be preferred.
- Knowledge of computer applications, including Advanced Excel, is essential.
