Roles and Responsibilities :
- Develop and implement financial strategies to drive business growth and profitability in the engineering & construction industry.
- Manage working capital, cash flow, and funding requirements to ensure optimal utilization of resources.
- Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting processes to provide accurate insights into company performance.
- Identify opportunities for cost savings, process improvements, and revenue enhancement through strategic financial planning.
Job Requirements :
- 15-30 years of experience in finance leadership roles within the engineering & construction industry.
- Solid background in financial strategy development, fund management, fund raising, and working capital management.
- Proven track record of successfully managing complex financial transactions and negotiations.
