Key Responsibilities

 Lead financial planning, budgeting and forecasting for the Group.

 Develop and implement financial strategies aligned with the Group's business objectives and sustainable growth.

 Oversee financial controls, MIS, costing, profitability analysis and performance monitoring across multiple units.

 Manage banking operations, working capital, treasury and investment activities.

 Lead capital management, fund raising and financial structuring.

 Ensure compliance with applicable statutory, regulatory, tax and financial requirements.

 Capital Markets, IPO, Listed company environment, SEBI regulations. Investor relations, Institutional investors and Board Audit Committee reporting

 Monitor cash flows, liquidity and working capital requirements across all units.

 Provide strategic advice to the Management/Board on investments, expansion,

capital expenditure and business decisions.

 Establish strong financial governance, internal controls and risk-management systems.





 Drive cost optimisation and improve overall financial efficiency and profitability.

 Coordinate with auditors, banks, financial institutions, consultants and statutory authorities.

 Manage and mentor the Group Finance & Accounts team.

Candidate Profile

 CA / ICWA (CMA) / M.Com with 15–20 years of relevant experience.

 Minimum 5–7 years of experience in a CFO / Head of Finance / senior finance leadership role.

 Strong experience in manufacturing / auto components / engineering industry preferred.

 Should have experience in handling multiple manufacturing units / businesses.

 Solid knowledge of financial planning, banking, investments, capital management,

budgeting and regulatory compliance.
