Sri Jain Jewel Park is looking for an experienced, responsible, and hygienic Chief Cook / Cook to prepare fresh and nutritious vegetarian food for our office staff.
The ideal candidate should have valuable experience in preparing pure vegetarian meals. The candidate should be able to maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and quality while preparing daily meals.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare fresh and hygienic pure vegetarian food for office staff.
- Prepare breakfast, lunch, evening snacks and/or dinner as required.
- Have good knowledge of vegetarian cooking.
- Prepare food according to the taste and requirements of the staff.
- Maintain proper cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen.
- Ensure vegetables, groceries and other ingredients are properly cleaned and stored.
- Maintain the kitchen, cooking equipment and utensils in a clean condition.
- Plan daily meals and manage food preparation efficiently.
- Avoid wastage of food and ingredients.
- Maintain proper kitchen discipline and hygiene standards.
- Ensure meals are prepared and served on time.
- Inform management about grocery and kitchen requirements.
- Follow instructions regarding food preferences and dietary requirements.
- Maintain a clean and organized cooking area at all times.
Candidate Requirements
- Previous experience as a Cook / Chief Cook is preferred.
- Experience in pure vegetarian cooking is required.
- Experience in food preparation will be an added advantage.
- Should have knowledge of Indian vegetarian dishes and daily meal preparation.
- Should be clean, disciplined, trustworthy and responsible.
- Should be able to work independently and manage regular kitchen activities.
- Good time management and cooking skills are required.
- Candidates with experience working for families, offices or establishments are preferred.
Food Requirements The food prepared should be strictly pure vegetarian. Preference will be given to candidates who are comfortable preparing:
- vegetarian food
- North Indian vegetarian dishes
- South Indian vegetarian dishes
- Healthy and simple daily meals
- Breakfast and evening snacks
- Traditional vegetarian dishes

Salary
Salary will be based on experience, cooking skills and suitability for the position.
