About the Role

Three D Integrated Solutions Limited is looking for an experienced Liaisoning Officer for Chennai International Airport. The ideal candidate must have hands-on experience in airport systems, particularly Baggage Handling Systems (BHS) and Passenger Boarding Bridges (PBB) , along with proven experience in liaisoning and coordination with the Airports Authority of India (AAI) .

The candidate will be responsible for maintaining effective coordination with airport authorities, facilitating approvals and permissions, managing official documentation, and supporting smooth airport project execution and operational activities.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage liaisoning and coordination with AAI officials, airport authorities, and other relevant government departments.
- Coordinate with airport stakeholders to facilitate approvals, permissions, access passes, and other official requirements.
- Support airport project execution, installation, testing, commissioning, operation, and maintenance activities related to BHS and PBB systems.
- Maintain effective communication between internal project teams, technical personnel, airport management, and external agencies.
- Handle official correspondence, documentation, applications, compliance records, and approval follow-ups.
- Coordinate site visits, meetings, inspections, and other activities involving airport authorities and project teams.
- Follow up on pending approvals, operational clearances, and administrative matters to ensure timely resolution.
- Support coordination for airport maintenance activities and minimize administrative delays affecting project operations.
- Maintain records of permissions, correspondence, meeting minutes,



and other liaisoning-related documents.
- Ensure all activities comply with applicable airport regulations, security protocols, and organizational procedures.

Eligibility Criteria
- Minimum 5 years of relevant professional experience in airport liaisoning, airport operations, or airport infrastructure projects.
- Mandatory experience working with or coordinating with AAI (Airports Authority of India) .
- Practical exposure to BHS (Baggage Handling System) and PBB (Passenger Boarding Bridge) systems in an airport environment.
- Good understanding of airport operational procedures, stakeholder management, documentation, and approval processes.
- Tamil language proficiency is mandatory for effective communication with local stakeholders and authorities.
- Robust interpersonal, communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to coordinate independently with multiple departments and manage time-sensitive assignments.
- Willingness to work at Chennai International Airport and coordinate with site-based teams as required.

Preferred Candidate Profile Candidates currently working with airport system integrators, aviation infrastructure companies, airport operations and maintenance contractors, or organizations involved in BHS and PBB projects will be preferred. Candidates with established experience coordinating with AAI officials and managing airport-related approvals will have an advantage.
