Job Summary :-

We are looking for an experienced and well-trained Female Chef to work at a private residence in Ghaziabad. The ideal candidate should be Hotel Management qualified with 3 to 4 years of professional experience in a reputed hotel or hospitality establishment and should be capable of independently preparing a wide variety of high-quality dishes for a small family.

Key Responsibilities :-

- Prepare daily meals including breakfast, lunch, evening snacks and dinner as required.
- Cook a wide variety of Indian, Chinese, Continental and other cuisines.
- Prepare vegetarian dishes as per the family's requirements.
- Maintain consistent taste, quality and presentation of food.
- Plan menus and suggest dishes according to the family's preferences.
- Maintain high standards of hygiene, cleanliness and food safety in the kitchen..
- Ensure proper storage and handling of food, groceries and ingredients.
- Maintain kitchen equipment, utensils and cooking areas in clean and valuable condition.




- Monitor kitchen supplies and inform the family/concerned
- representative about grocery requirements.
- Minimize food wastage and maintain economical use of ingredients.
- Follow the family's dietary preferences and specific instructions.

Eligibility & Experience
- Female candidate preferred.
- Hotel Management (HM) qualification is mandatory.
- 3 to 4 years of experience as a Chef/Cook in a reputed hotel or hospitality establishment.
- Should have good knowledge of multiple cuisines and cooking techniques.
- Should be able to work independently in a residential kitchen.
- Good personal hygiene, discipline and professional conduct are essential.
- Candidates with prior experience working in private residences/high-profile households will be an advantage.

- Good knowledge of food hygiene and kitchen safety.
- Menu planning and portion control.
- Ability to understand and follow individual food preferences.
