Key Responsibilities

- Respond to customer queries through chat and other non-voice communication channels.
- Provide accurate information and effective solutions to customer concerns.
- Handle customer complaints and queries with patience, professionalism, and empathy.
- Maintain records of customer interactions and ensure timely follow-ups.
- Follow company guidelines, quality standards, and established customer service procedures.
- Meet daily performance, productivity, and customer satisfaction targets.

Candidate Requirements

- Minimum qualification: Higher Secondary (10+2) or Diploma; a bachelor's degree is preferred.




- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills are mandatory.
- Strong typing, comprehension, and written communication skills.
- Basic computer knowledge and the ability to navigate multiple applications.
- Freshers are welcome to apply.
- Previous experience in customer service, customer support, or other customer-facing roles will be an added advantage.
- Willingness to work rotational shifts, including night shifts and weekends.
- Candidates must be willing to relocate to Ahmedabad if residing outside the city.
