About the Company

Raksan Transformers Limited is a Delhi NCR-based Power, Inverter Duty and Distribution Transformer manufacturing company. We are looking for an experienced and competent Chartered Accountant to manage the company's financial operations, statutory compliances, financial reporting, and regulatory requirements applicable to a listed company.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage all financial, accounting, taxation, and statutory compliance activities.
- Ensure compliance with applicable Companies Act, SEBI regulations, and other requirements relevant to a listed company.
- Handle GST, TDS, Income Tax, tax audits, statutory audits, and internal audits.
- Prepare financial statements, balance sheets, profit & loss accounts, and other financial reports.
- Coordinate with statutory auditors, internal auditors, tax consultants, banks, and financial institutions.
- Ensure timely filing of statutory returns, financial statements, and regulatory documents.
- Monitor cash flow,



budgeting, working capital, and financial planning.
- Manage accounts finalization, reconciliations, and compliance documentation.
- Coordinate with the Company Secretary and other departments for corporate and regulatory compliance.
- Ensure proper maintenance of books of accounts and adherence to applicable accounting standards.

Eligibility & Requirements

- Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) from ICAI.
- 6-7 years of relevant post-qualification experience.
- Robust knowledge of accounting, taxation, auditing, and statutory compliances.
- Experience in a listed company is highly preferred
- Experience in manufacturing or industrial organizations will be an added advantage.
- Strong analytical, communication, and coordination skills.
- Ability to independently manage financial and compliance responsibilities.
