Job Title: Chartered Accountant (Fresher) – Finance & Global Consolidation

Location: Noida (candidates in and around Noida preferred who can be seated in Noida office)

Role Overview We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Chartered Accountant (CA Fresher) who is eager to build a strong foundation in corporate finance. This role offers exposure to global financial consolidation, reporting, and cross-border finance operations. The ideal candidate should be analytically strong, proficient in Excel, and keen to grow in a fast-paced finance environment.

Key Responsibilities

- Support global financial consolidation across multiple entities and geographies i.e., US, India, LATAM countries
- Prepare and maintain monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports
- Assist in intercompany reconciliations and elimination entries
- Work closely with finance teams to ensure accurate and timely reporting
- Perform variance analysis and provide insights on financial performance
- Maintain monthly reports and schedules.
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards and internal controls
- Assist in audit processes and documentation




- Leverage advanced Excel tools for data analysis, automation, and reporting efficiency

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Chartered Accountant (CA) – recently qualified
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, lookups, data analysis, macros preferred)
- Solid understanding of accounting principles and financial statements
- High attention to detail and strong analytical mindset
- Support US work hours during month end closing activities
- Positive communication and stakeholder coordination skills
- Ability to work with large datasets and meet tight deadlines

Preferred Attributes

- Exposure to ERP systems (e.g., SAP) is an advantage
- Interest in global finance and consolidation
- Proactive attitude with a willingness to learn and take ownership
