Key Responsibilities

- Manage and supervise accounting, GST, Income Tax, audit, and financial reporting assignments.
- Provide technical guidance and practical solutions to clients on taxation, accounting, company law, and regulatory compliance.
- Handle client communication, resolve queries, and develop robust professional relationships.
- Lead assignments and guide junior staff and articled clerks.
- Prepare replies, appeals, and representations and assist in proceedings before government authorities.
- Ensure accuracy, compliance, quality, and timely completion of assignments.
- Contribute to process improvement, client satisfaction, and the growth of the practice.

Required Qualifications & Skills

- Qualified Chartered Accountant with 3–5 years of relevant post-qualification experience.
- Solid practical knowledge of Accounting, GST, Income Tax, Auditing, Company Law, and Financial Management.
- Good exposure to accounting and taxation software and advanced MS Excel.
- Excellent client-handling, communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.




- Ability to manage assignments independently, lead a team, and mentor junior professionals.
- Strong professional ethics, attention to detail, and a growth-oriented mindset.
