Charge Entry Executives and Payment Posting Executives

Experience: 1–4 years in US medical billing

Location: Nungambakkam, Chennai – 600034

Joining: Immediate joiners preferred

Key Responsibilities

- Charge entry: enter patient, insurance and charge details accurately from superbills and medical records, and verify CPT/ICD-10 codes
- Payment posting: post insurance and patient payments, adjustments and denials from EOBs/ERAs, and reconcile deposits
- Meet daily productivity and quality targets
- Follow client SOPs and HIPAA guidelines

Requirements

- Hands-on experience in charge entry or payment posting
- Knowledge of the US healthcare revenue cycle
- Good typing speed and accuracy, with basic MS Excel
- Valuable written English
- Any graduate
