Position: Channel Sales Manager (Security Products)

Location: Ahmedabad, Mumbai, Pune, Bangalore, Surat, Baroda, Chennai, Hyderabad, Kolkata, Indore, Bhopal,

Experience: 4 to 10 Years

Education: Any Graduate

Compensation: Rs. 5 to 10 LPA + Incentives

We are leading manufacturer and national distributor of advanced ELV and security solutions, specializing in CCTV, NVR, PA Systems, PoE Switches and Customized AI Solutions. We also distribute Fire Alarm Systems and other ELV products across India.

With a strong network of 2800+ channel partners, we serve customers and partners across multiple cities and markets.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Channel Development

- Develop and manage Distributors, Dealers and System Integrators.
- Appoint new channel partners in targeted cities and regions.
- Build strong relationships with existing and new partners.
- Drive partner business and geographical market expansion.

Sales and Business Development
- Achieve sales and revenue targets through the channel network.
- Drive sales of CCTV, Fire Alarm, PA, Cables, AI, VMS and other ELV solutions.

Commercial and Closure




- Support Distributor & partners in negotiation and deal closure.
- Ensure proper pricing, approvals and healthy margins.
- Drive orders from chance stage to final booking.

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE
- 4 to 10 years of experience in Channel Sales of Security Products
- Experience in ELV, Electronic Security or IBMS industry.
- Strong network with Distributors, Dealers and System Integrators.
- Experience in CCTV, Fire Alarm, PA, Access Control, BMS, Networking, AV or related ELV products.
- Experience in regional or multi-city sales operations preferred.
