We are looking for a Channel Management Executive to expand and manage our network of channel partners, including influencers, YouTubers, content creators, education businesses and EdTech companies.

Key Responsibilities

- Partner Acquisition: Identify, approach and onboard new channel partners, including YouTubers, influencers, education consultants, EdTech companies and other businesses.
- Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing partners to drive consistent business growth.
- Lead Generation: Work with partners to generate quality leads for online degree and certification programmes.
- Partner Engagement: Regularly communicate with partners, share programme updates, resolve queries and encourage active participation.
- Performance Tracking: Monitor partner leads, conversions and performance using Excel, Google Sheets and CRM tools.




- Internal Coordination: Coordinate with the admissions and counselling teams to ensure timely follow-ups and lead conversion.
- Business Growth: Identify opportunities to activate inactive partners and increase business from existing partnerships.

Who Can Apply?
- Education: BBA, B.Com or BA graduates only.
- Experience: 0–2 years. Fresh graduates with strong communication skills are encouraged to apply.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Relationship Building: Confident in approaching new people, building professional relationships and negotiating partnerships.
- Ownership: Self-motivated, proactive and comfortable working with business targets.
- Technical Skills: Basic knowledge of MS Excel, Google Sheets and professional email communication.
- Location: Must be willing to work full-time from our HSR Layout, Bengaluru office.
