Channel Development Manager: IoT Solutions

AgileConnects is a high trajectory Internet-of-Things platform provider supporting sustainability initiatives of corporate businesses.

Energy

Optimization & Asset Health Monitoring are the key deliverables of the platform which is implemented at over 3000 installations in BFSI/Retail/IT/Hospitality, QSR & Hospitals segments pan-India helping them achieve min 10% energy savings and supporting their ESG initiatives. The platform delivers business value by intelligent controls and modulation of HVAC systems which account for 60% of energy consumption.

To support our growth plans we are looking to add to our team, agile sales professionals who have experience in selling IOT/HVAC/e-Surveillance/electronics systems to customers (B2B segment) preferably in commercial segment with ability to develop and manage channel partners for sales & implementation services.

Your charter will be to create demand for new-generation IoT platform working with channel partners in verticals viz. Commercial spaces, Cold Chain, Hotels & Hospitality

Expected Qualifications:

· Engineering Graduate

· Preferably a Management Degree (MBA)

Experience:

· Total Relevant Experience – 4 to 8 Years





· Should be proficient in selling solutions related to some of the following: HVAC, IOT, Energy Management, , CCTV, e-surveillance

· Should have sold solutions and managed partners in verticals viz. Retail, Banking, BFSI, Restaurants/QSRs

Skills Needed

· Communication skills & business acumen

· Consultative and demand creation approach

· Partner driven sales with experience on direct B2B sales

· Understanding of electrical/HVAC principles & automation in commercial spaces will be an advantage

Qualifications

· Past experience in partner development & management

· Experience in the HVAC, IoT or energy optimization industry

· Excellent communication and relationship building skills

· Ability to generate leads and close deals

· Adept in CXO conversations and value statement presentations

· Analytical and strategic thinking abilities

· Knowledge of sustainability and energy management practices

· Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or related field
