Role Overview The Cyber Security Trainer will be responsible for delivering high-quality, hands-on training aligned with global cybersecurity certifications. The trainer must bridge the gap between academic knowledge and real-world cyber defense practices, enabling learners to become industry-ready professionals.

This role demands deep technical expertise, mentoring ability, industry exposure, and passion for shaping future cybersecurity leaders.

Key Responsibilities

- Deliver instructor-led training for global certifications such as:
- CEH (Certified Ethical Hacker)
- CHFI (Computer Hacking Forensic Investigator)
- CSA (Certified SOC Analyst)
- CompTIA Security+
- CompTIA CySA+
- CompTIA Pentest+
- Other advanced red team / blue team programs
- Conduct practical lab sessions on:
- Ethical Hacking & Penetration Testing
- Network Security
- SOC Operations
- Digital Forensics
- Malware Analysis
- Vulnerability Assessment
- SIEM tools (Splunk / QRadar / Wazuh etc.)
- Design and update training materials in alignment with global certification bodies.
- Mentor students on career pathways,



certification preparation, and interview readiness.
- Support placement team with technical assessments and mock interviews.
- Conduct workshops, seminars, bootcamps, and corporate training programs.
- Participate in curriculum development and R&D; initiatives.
- Contribute to cybersecurity awareness campaigns and academic outreach programs.

Required Qualifications

- B.Tech / BSc / BCA / MCA / MSc in IT, CS, or related field.
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in cybersecurity training or industry practice.
- Strong hands-on experience in penetration testing and security operations.
- Experience working with live lab environments.

Mandatory Certifications (Any 2 or more preferred)

- CEH
- CHFI
- CSA
- CompTIA Security+
- CompTIA CySA+
- OSCP / OSCC / Equivalent

Technical Skills Required

- Networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, DNS, Routing, Firewalls)
- Linux & Windows Security
- Web Application Security
- Cloud Security Basics (AWS / Azure Security)
- Vulnerability tools (Nmap, Burp Suite, Metasploit, Nessus)
- SIEM tools exposure
- Incident Response fundamentals

Job Type: Full time Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
