Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Centre Manager to oversee the overall operations of our eye hospital. The candidate will be responsible for managing daily hospital activities, staff performance, patient satisfaction, financial performance, and compliance with healthcare standards.

Key Roles & Responsibilities

- Oversee daily operations across OPD, IPD, diagnostics, pharmacy, and support services.
- Manage operational budgets, control expenses, optimize revenue, and achieve financial targets.
- Supervise recruitment, staff scheduling, training, performance monitoring, and discipline.
- Monitor patient flow, minimize waiting times, resolve complaints, and ensure excellent patient service.
- Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations, statutory requirements, and accreditation standards such as NABH/NABL.
- Coordinate with doctors, clinical teams, administrative staff,



vendors, and external stakeholders.
- Maintain operational efficiency and uphold hospital quality and service standards.

Qualifications

- Graduate/Postgraduate in Hospital Administration, Healthcare Management, Business Administration, or a related field.

Experience

- 8–10 years of experience in a healthcare or hospital setup.
- Prior hospital experience is mandatory, with clinical and/or administrative exposure preferred.

Salary

- As per industry standards, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
