About the Opportunity

Wellcaza School of Health Sciences is looking for a dynamic Centre Manager to lead the day-to-day operations of our Bengaluru campus, support student admissions and drive enrolment growth.

This prospect is ideal for graduates with excellent English communication skills, a professional approach and the ability to turn prospective student enquiries into successful admissions.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage the day-to-day operations of the Bengaluru campus.
- Handle student enquiries, counselling and admission-related queries.
- Drive student admissions and enrolments through follow-ups and effective communication.
- Explain academic programmes, eligibility criteria, admission procedures and career opportunities to prospective students and parents.
- Coordinate admission campaigns, outreach activities and promotional initiatives.
- Build relationships with students, parents, referral partners and other stakeholders.
- Monitor admission leads, conversion rates, enrolment targets and student records.
- Coordinate with the central academic and administrative teams.
- Ensure a professional campus environment and a positive student experience.
- Prepare regular operational and admissions reports for management.

Eligibility & Skills




- Graduate in any discipline; candidates with relevant postgraduate qualifications may also apply.
- Exceptional English communication skills are essential.
- Strong interpersonal, presentation and student counselling skills.
- Professional appearance, a positive attitude and a student-friendly approach.
- Good organizational, leadership and follow-up skills.
- Ability to work independently in a target-oriented environment.
- Previous experience in educational institutions, admissions, counselling, sales, customer relations or centre management will be an advantage.
