Mandatory Qualifications

- MHA (Master of Hospital Administration)

- BPT / MPT (Bachelors / Masters in Physiotherapy)

- BAMS (Bachelor of Ayurvedic Medicine and Surgery)

Preferred Candidate Profile

- Candidates preferably residing in South Delhi.

- Male candidates preferred.

- Robust leadership, communication, and team management skills.

- Experience in hospital operations, administration, and patient relationship management will be an advantage.

- Ability to manage daily operations, staff coordination, patient experience, and center performance.

Roles and Responsibilities

- Manage day-to-day operations of the center, ensuring smooth functioning and efficient use of resources.

- Oversee staff management, including recruitment, training, and performance evaluation.

- Develop and implement strategies to improve patient satisfaction, retention, and revenue growth.

- Ensure compliance with NABH standards and maintain high-quality healthcare services.
