Designation: Sr. Executive: CCTV Support and AI Software support
- Providing remote support to retail stores on CCTV
- Resolving and maintaining tickets related to CCTV
- Static IP/NVR/DVR configuration
- Managing external vendor
- Must be willing to give end to end solutions related to the project
- Working Excel knowledge
- Should have strong follow up skill
- Responsible for circulating weekly reports
- PR/PO creation
Preferred Profile
- Graduate or equivalent
- Good Verbal and Written communication skills.
- Working knowledge of MS Excel
- Should have positive knowledge about CCTV
- Experience 2-4 years
