Category Manager Sell Side (Core Categories) Zepto

Zepto is growing at a breakneck pace, and I'm looking for a sharp, adaptable Category Manager to join our Sell Side: Core Categories team in Bengaluru.

What You’ll Do

Drive Strategic Programs: End-to-end ownership of core category initiatives, aligning teams to hit aggressive milestones.

Analyze & Optimize: Dive into performance metrics, funnel data, and category trends to unlock growth and operational efficiency.

Strategy + Ground Execution: Bridge big-picture thinking with deep hands-on execution—you don't just design the playbook, you roll up your sleeves and bring it to life.

What We’re Looking For

Program Management Expertise: Preferably in consumer-tech (~2 year work ex optimal)

Comfort with Ambiguity: High adaptability to step into fluid situations, create order out of chaos, and drive forward without a clear map.

Data-Informed Mindset: Robust working knowledge of basic analytics (SQL, Excel/Sheets, dashboarding) to back decisions with facts.

First-Principles Problem Solving: Ability to identify root causes quickly and build resilient, long-term systems.

Skillset - Hands on Expetience on SQL , Excel , Data Bricks , Python is good to have.
