About Our Client Our client is a leading MedTech company.

- Lead sourcing strategy and supplier selection for new product development programs.

- Drive supplier identification, evaluation, qualification, and onboarding activities.
- Manage cost targets, supplier negotiations, contracts, and long-term commercial agreements.
- Partner with engineering, manufacturing, quality, and program teams to support product launches.
- Conduct supplier risk assessments, capacity planning, and supply continuity planning.
- Develop and execute sourcing strategies for complex engineered components and assemblies.
- Monitor supplier performance, delivery, quality, and cost improvement initiatives.
- Support new product introductions from concept through launch and operational stabilization.
- Drive inventory planning, demand forecasting, and manufacturing readiness activities.
- Identify opportunities to improve time-to-market, supplier responsiveness, and overall supply chain efficiency.

The Successful Applicant

We're looking for someone who has:

- 10+ years of experience in strategic sourcing, procurement, or supply chain management within a manufacturing environment.
- Proven experience leading New Product Introduction (NPI) sourcing programs from concept to launch.




- Strong expertise in supplier selection, supplier development, and supplier relationship management.
- Demonstrated success in commercial negotiations, contract management, and cost reduction initiatives.
- Experience managing supply chain risk, capacity planning, and sourcing strategy for critical components.
- Strong cross-functional collaboration with engineering, quality, manufacturing, and operations teams.
- Knowledge of complex manufacturing categories such as machining, electronics, plastics, contract manufacturing, optics, or interconnects.
- Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and project leadership capabilities.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering required; MBA preferred.
- Able to thrive in a fast-paced, global, and highly matrixed environment.
