Role

We are looking for a Category Manager to drive category growth, revenue and profitability. The role will involve end-to-end category ownership with a solid focus on D2C, e-commerce, P&L; and commercial performance .

Key Responsibilities

- Own category strategy and drive revenue, growth and profitability.
- Manage category P&L; and key commercial metrics.
- Analyse consumer, category and competitor trends to identify growth opportunities.
- Manage assortment, pricing, promotions and product lifecycle.
- Track D2C and marketplace performance and identify opportunities for growth.
- Identify portfolio gaps and recommend new products, variants and innovations.
- Drive product launches and category initiatives end-to-end.
- Monitor sales, margins,



inventory and profitability.
- Work closely with Product, Marketing, Sales, E-commerce and Supply Chain teams.
- Present category performance, insights and action plans to leadership.

What We're Looking For

- 2+ years of experience in Category Management, E-commerce, D2C, FMCG, Retail or Consumer Brands .
- Strong hands-on experience with P&L;, revenue and profitability management .
- Good understanding of category growth, consumer behaviour and commercial metrics.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Experience managing D2C/marketplace channels.
- Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills.
- Experience in a fast-paced, high-ownership environment.
- Women candidates preferred.
- Mumbai-based candidates preferred.
