About the Role

We are looking for a responsible and detail-oriented Cashier Cum Accountant to handle daily cash transactions, payment activities, ledger maintenance, and basic accounting operations. The ideal candidate should have good knowledge of cash management, ledger handling, payments, and day-to-day accounting activities.

Role & responsibilities

- Manage daily cash receipts, payments, and cash book.
- Handle customer and vendor payments and collections.
- Maintain ledgers and record daily financial transactions.
- Perform ledger and bank reconciliation.
- Monitor outstanding payments and follow up for collections.
- Maintain payment documentation and financial records.
- Support basic accounting and bookkeeping activities.
- Ensure accuracy and confidentiality of financial information.

Preferred candidate profile

- B.Com / BBA / relevant accounting qualification preferred.
- 1-3 years of experience in cash handling and accounting.
- Strong knowledge of cash management and payment handling.
- Good knowledge of ledger maintenance and bookkeeping.




- Basic knowledge of Tally and MS Excel.
- Good understanding of accounting principles.
- Valuable communication and coordination skills.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Male candidates preferred.
- Marwadi / Singh candidates preferred.
- Should be trustworthy and responsible while handling cash and financial transactions.
