Key Responsibilities

- Collection and verification of day collections.
- Collection and verification of night collections.
- Collection of IP cash payments from patients.
- Reconciliation of HINAl collection reports.
- Reconciliation of Pine Labs collection reports.
- Preparation and submission of collection reports to Finance.
- Deposit of daily collections into the bank.
- Maintenance of cash records and supporting documents.
- Identification and reporting of collection discrepancies.
- Coordination with billing, finance, and operations teams.
- Compliance with hospital policies and cash-handling procedures.
- Any other finance-related work assigned by management.
