Role Description As a Career Growth Associate at AcceleratorX, you will support learners and professionals in planning and advancing their careers through structured counseling and guidance. In this full time, on-site role based in Bengaluru, you will conduct one-on-one and group career counseling sessions, help participants define career goals, and recommend suitable learning paths or programs.

You will engage with learners regularly to track progress, analyze their needs, and provide feedback and resources that improve outcomes. The role also includes responding to inquiries, delivering clear communication across channels, maintaining accurate records in internal systems, and collaborating with program,



operations, and training teams to refine and improve the overall learner experience.

Qualifications

- Counseling and development skills, including Career Counseling and Career Development, to guide individuals through goal-setting and growth plans.
- Strong Communication abilities to explain options clearly, conduct sessions effectively, and maintain professional interactions across channels.
- Analytical Skills to assess learner profiles, interpret feedback and data, and tailor recommendations that fit individual needs.
- Customer Service orientation to provide responsive support, manage expectations, and ensure a positive learner experience.
- Bachelor’s degree in psychology, counseling, education, business, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
- Experience in career services, learning and development, coaching, or education-related roles is preferred.
- Ability to work with diverse learners, handle sensitive information with discretion, and use digital tools and CRM or learner management platforms.
- Organizational skills and attention to detail to manage multiple learners and initiatives simultaneously.
