Job Details

- Position: Career Counsellor cum Administrator
- Experience: 1–3 years
- Location: Bengaluru
- Employment Type: Full-time

- Language Requirements: Hindi and any one regional language

About the Role We are looking for enthusiastic and dedicated professionals to guide and mentor trainees while managing essential administrative responsibilities.

Key Requirements

- Graduation in any discipline.
- Experience in sales, education, counselling, or related fields.
- Robust communication, counselling, and mentoring skills.
- Proficiency in Hindi and any regional language such as Kannada, Tamil, or Telugu. Knowledge of North-Eastern languages will be an advantage.
- Good system knowledge (intermediate/advanced level).
- Flexibility to work in rotational shifts and travel when required.
- Japanese language proficiency will be an added advantage.

Key Responsibilities

- Counsel, mentor, and support students in their academic and personal development.




- Conduct sessions on soft skills, interview preparation, and examination readiness.
- Manage trainee schedules, reports, and records.
- Coordinate with placement teams to ensure smooth training operations.
- Maintain NAVIS standards and work towards achieving zero dropouts in batches.
- Be available for extended working hours or travel when required.
