We are looking for a dynamic and target-orientated academic counsellor with experience in the online degree vertical to guide students in selecting suitable undergraduate (UG) and postgraduate (PG) programmes.
Key Responsibilities
- Counsel prospective students regarding UG and PG online degree programmes.
- Explain course details, eligibility criteria, admission processes, and career opportunities.
- Generate leads, follow up with prospective students, and convert enquiries into admissions.
- Achieve monthly admission and sales targets.
- Maintain student records and ensure a smooth admission process.
- Build strong relationships with students and provide accurate programme guidance.
Mandatory Requirements
- Relevant experience in UG/PG online degree counselling is mandatory.
- Excellent communication and convincing skills.
- Mandatory languages: Hindi, English, and Kannada.
- Robust sales, negotiation, and lead-conversion skills.
- Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
