Job SummaryWe are looking for a motivated and result-oriented Career Advisor to assist candidates in finding suitable career opportunities in the US job market. The ideal candidate should have solid communication skills, a good understanding of candidate profiles, and the ability to guide candidates through the recruitment process.

Roles & Responsibilities

- Connect with candidates and understand their skills, experience, and career goals.
- Guide candidates regarding suitable job opportunities in the US market.
- Review resumes and suggest improvements to enhance candidate profiles.
- Coordinate with recruiters and the recruitment team for suitable job placements.
- Maintain candidate databases and update recruitment records.
- Follow up with candidates regarding interviews, feedback, and job opportunities.




- Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates.
- Ensure timely communication and a positive candidate experience.
- Meet assigned targets and maintain daily activity reports.

Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal, convincing, and negotiation skills.
- Basic understanding of US staffing and recruitment processes is preferred.
- Ability to manage multiple candidates and follow-ups.
- Freshers with excellent communication skills and experienced candidates may apply.
