Job Summary

We are looking for a Career Content Coordinator to join a growing HappinessCue team in Gurugram. The role will support individuals using HappinessCue for career and professional guidance, including career direction, job search, interview readiness, career transitions, workplace challenges and qualified growth. The role is hands-on and suits someone who enjoys taking ownership rather than simply passing enquiries between teams.

The successful candidate will be expected to communicate clearly, keep commitments visible and make the experience easier for the person seeking guidance. HappinessCue is a non-medical guidance platform, so this role does not involve diagnosis, clinical treatment or medical advice.

Responsibilities

- Coordinate with suitable experts to support individuals using HappinessCue for career and professional guidance, including career direction, job search, interview readiness, career transitions,



workplace challenges and professional growth.
- Track conversations and help clients move smoothly from enquiry to guidance.
- Understand requirements and act hands-on, taking ownership rather than simply passing enquiries between teams.
- Communicate clearly and keep commitments visible to make the experience easier for the person seeking guidance.

Requirements

- Hands-on role; suits someone who enjoys taking ownership and is proactive.
- The role is in a non-medical guidance platform; no diagnosis, clinical treatment or medical advice.
- Experience range: 0-4 years; strong candidates with closely relevant experience may be considered.

Qualifications

- Candidates from career services, recruitment, HR, learning, client servicing or other people-facing backgrounds are welcome.
