ABOUT THE ROLE

We are looking for a Career Counselor – Inside Sales who can connect with students and parents, understand their career goals, and guide them towards the right professional education programs.

The role involves counselling prospective students, handling inbound and outbound leads, regular follow-ups, admissions support, and converting enquiries into successful enrollments while ensuring a positive student experience.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

- Conduct telephonic and face-to-face counselling with students and parents.
- Understand students' career goals, interests, and requirements and recommend suitable programs.
- Handle inbound and outbound leads and ensure timely follow-ups.
- Explain course details, eligibility, fee structure, career opportunities, and the admission process.
- Convert qualified leads and enquiries into enrollments by effectively addressing student queries and concerns.
- Maintain and regularly update lead and student information in the CRM.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective students throughout the admission journey.
- Coordinate with the academic and operations teams to ensure a smooth admission and onboarding process.
- Participate in school and college outreach programs, seminars,



workshops, and other student engagement activities.
- Achieve assigned counselling, conversion, and enrollment targets.

QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS

- Graduate/Postgraduate in any stream.
- Freshers are welcome to apply.
- Excellent verbal and interpersonal communication skills.
- Strong counselling, convincing, and negotiation abilities.
- Comfortable handling telephonic calls and face-to-face consultations.
- Empathetic, patient, and student-focused approach.
- Ability to understand student requirements and provide appropriate career guidance.
- Strong follow-up and relationship-building skills.
- Prior experience in Education, EdTech, Inside Sales, Counselling, or Admissions will be an added advantage.
