Job Purpose To generate car loan business through dealers, direct customers, and referral channels while ensuring quality sourcing, documentation, and customer service.

Key Responsibilities

- Source and achieve car loan business targets as assigned.
- Develop and maintain relationships with automobile dealers, distributors, and channel partners.
- Identify potential customers and provide suitable vehicle loan solutions.
- Collect and verify customer documents required for loan processing.
- Coordinate with credit, operations, and underwriting teams for timely loan approval and disbursement.
- Conduct field visits and customer interactions as required.
- Ensure adherence to company policies, compliance requirements, and KYC norms.
- Track loan applications and provide status updates to customers and dealers.
- Monitor portfolio quality and support collection activities, if required.




- Maintain MIS reports and business records accurately.

Eligibility Criteria
- Graduate in any discipline.
- 0-1 years of experience in vehicle finance, banking, NBFC, or sales.
- Freshers with strong sales aptitude may also be considered.

Required Skills
- Positive communication and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of vehicle loan products and financing procedures.
- Ability to build dealer and customer relationships.
- Sales and negotiation skills.
- Basic computer knowledge and proficiency in MS Office.
- Ability to work under target-oriented environments.

Preferred Experience: Vehicle Finance, Auto Loans, Banking, NBFC Sales, Retail Lending.
