Job Summary

We are looking for a responsible and proactive Car Rental Operations Executive / Sr. Executive to manage day-to-day field operations, vehicle quality, driver coordination, maintenance, vendor management, and documentation.

The candidate should be comfortable with frequent field visits, have strong coordination skills, and be available to handle operational requirements, including emergencies and 24×7 support.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct daily field inspections of vehicles to ensure cleanliness, safety, and overall vehicle condition.

Check car quality, cleanliness, and driver grooming as per company standards.

Handle driver recruitment, screening, and hiring.

Coordinate spot rental duty/vendor hiring whenever additional vehicles are required.

Monitor car maintenance, servicing, repairs, and vehicle amenities.

Ensure proper availability and maintenance of driver uniforms.

Verify and maintain driver documents and compliance, including licenses, ID proofs, vehicle-related documents, and other required records.

Collect duty slips, log sheets, and other billing-related documents from drivers/vendors on time.

Arrange replacement drivers during planned leave, emergency leave, absenteeism, or other operational requirements.

Identify and develop relationships with maintenance, service, tyre, and other automotive vendors, preferably with suitable credit/payment terms.

Coordinate with vendors to ensure timely vehicle servicing and repairs while minimizing vehicle downtime.





Maintain regular communication with drivers, vendors, and internal teams to ensure smooth operations.

Be available to handle 24×7 operational emergencies and driver/vehicle-related issues as required.

Conduct regular field visits for vehicle, driver, vendor, and operational monitoring.

Candidate Requirements

Prior experience in car rental, fleet management, transport operations, or driver management preferred.

Positive knowledge of vehicle maintenance and basic automobile operations.

Strong driver and vendor coordination skills.

Good negotiation skills.

Ability to handle multiple operational issues simultaneously.

Comfortable working in the field and handling urgent/emergency situations.

Own two-wheeler/four-wheeler and valid driving licence is mandatory.

Must be willing to make frequent field visits across Bangalore.

Willingness to work with 24×7 operational availability/support requirements.

Important Requirement

This is a field-oriented operations role. The candidate must have their own conveyance and be comfortable travelling across Bangalore on a daily basis.

Additional Details

- Office Timings: 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM
- Working Days: 5.5 days (2nd, 4th Saturday & Sunday will be weekly offs).
