About The Job:

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Canada Recruiter to join our growing talent acquisition team. The ideal candidate will have experience in end-to-end recruitment for the Canadian market, sourcing top talent across IT and Non-IT roles while ensuring an exceptional candidate experience.

Essential Job Functions:

Key Responsibilities:

-  Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle for Canada-based positions.

-  Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, social media, referrals, and other sourcing channels.

-  Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess candidate suitability.

-  Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.

-  Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.

-  Negotiate compensation and manage offer rollouts.

-  Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.

-  Maintain accurate candidate records in ATS and recruitment trackers.

-  Meet individual hiring targets, quality metrics, and turnaround time (TAT).

-  Stay updated on Canadian hiring trends, recruitment best practices, and labor market insights.

- - Bachelor's degree in any discipline.

- 2–6 years of experience in Canada Recruitment or International Recruitment.





- Strong experience sourcing candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, and Boolean search techniques.

- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.

- Experience working with ATS and recruitment tools is preferred.

Preferred Skills

- Experience hiring for IT and Engineering roles in Canada.

- Knowledge of Canadian employment practices and recruitment processes.

- Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building skills.

- Excellent sourcing, screening, and candidate engagement capabilities.
