Role Description The Canada IT Recruiter is a full-time, remote role responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment for technology positions across Canada. Day-to-day activities include sourcing and screening candidates, conducting initial interviews, and coordinating with hiring managers to understand role requirements and refine job profiles.

The recruiter will build and maintain talent pipelines, leverage multiple channels and platforms to identify qualified IT professionals, and manage the offer and onboarding process.



The role also involves maintaining accurate candidate records, ensuring an inclusive hiring experience, and collaborating with internal teams and clients to meet staffing goals and timelines.

Qualifications

- Robust experience in Full-life Cycle Recruiting, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
- Hands-on IT Recruitment and Technical Recruiting skills, with the ability to understand and discuss technical roles and requirements.
- Proven track record in Hiring and Recruiting for a variety of IT positions in the Canadian market.
- Knowledge of Canadian employment practices and familiarity with remote hiring tools and platforms.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment, manage multiple requisitions, and meet deadlines.
- Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS), LinkedIn Recruiter, and other sourcing tools.
- Post-secondary education in Human Resources, Business, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
