Position Overview

We are looking for a data-driven Campaign Manager Performance Marketing to own and scale TCO1's paid acquisition engine across Google, Meta and other platforms like ChatGPT, Taboola and more. You will manage the full performance funnel from campaign strategy and creative testing through Ads, landing pages, conversion tracking, and lead-nurturing automation with direct accountability for ROAS, CAC, and lead quality. This is a hands-on, individual-contributor role for someone who lives in the numbers and knows how to turn ad spend into enrolled students.

You will own every rupee spent and every lead delivered, working closely with the Social Media and Design teams to keep creative, funnel, and message tightly aligned.

Key Position Details

- Position: Campaign Manager Performance Marketing
- Department: Marketing
- Reports to: Marketing Head
- Employment Type: Full-time, Individual Contributor
- Works closely with: Social Media Team & Design Team (cross-functional liaison)
- Experience Required: 4-5 years in performance/digital marketing
- Location: C-102, C Block, Sector 65, Noida, Uttar Pradesh 201309 (Fully In-Office)
- Working Hours: 10:00 AM - 6:00 PM, Monday to Saturday (alternate Saturdays off)
- Salary: 6-10 LPA based on experience and proven performance track record

Key Responsibilities

1. Campaign Strategy & Execution

- Plan, launch, and manage full-funnel paid campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram), and other advertising platforms to drive admission leads and brand awareness
- Own end-to-end campaign lifecycle: audience research, targeting strategy, account structure, bidding, launch, optimisation, and reporting
- Design and run structured creative testing (A/B and multivariate) across ad creatives, copy, hooks, and formats to continuously improve CTR, CVR, and CPA
- Build and manage campaigns from scratch, scaling winners and cutting underperformers quickly

1. Budget Allocation & ROAS Optimisation

- Own budget allocation across platforms, dynamically reallocating spend to maximise return and minimise cost per acquisition
- Drive down cost-per-lead (CPL) and customer acquisition cost (CAC) through disciplined optimisation of targeting, creative, and funnel
- Forecast, pace, and manage monthly ad spend efficiently, ensuring every rupee is accountable to a measurable outcome
- Continuously optimise for ROAS as the primary success metric, balancing lead volume with lead quality

1. Landing Pages & Funnel Optimisation

- Design, build, and optimise high-converting landing pages and lead-capture funnels aligned to each campaign and audience
- Conduct conversion rate optimisation (CRO): landing page testing, funnel analysis, and drop-off diagnosis to lift conversion velocity

- Partner with the Design team to develop landing page assets and with Social Media to align paid and organic messaging
- Map and improve the full journey from ad click through enquiry, demo booking, and enrolment

1. Conversion Tracking & Analytics

- Monitor accurate conversion tracking architecture using Google Analytics 4 (GA4), Google Tag Manager (GTM), Meta Pixel, and Conversions API (CAPI), as well as other active platforms
- Set up and monitor down-funnel conversion events (enquiries, demo bookings, qualified leads) so campaigns optimise to business outcomes, not just clicks
- Build weekly and monthly performance dashboards and translate raw data into actionable insights and transparent recommendations
- Diagnose and resolve tracking issues to ensure clean, reliable data for budget decisions

1. Lead-Nurturing Automation

- Design and implement email and WhatsApp marketing automations to nurture acquired leads through the funnel toward demo bookings and enrolment
- Build lifecycle workflows (welcome, nurture, reactivation) that improve lead-to-conversion rates
- Coordinate with the CRM system to ensure captured leads flow cleanly into nurture sequences and are handed off to the admissions team

1. Analysis, Reporting & Vendor Management

- Analyse campaign performance data across platforms to identify trends, insights, and optimisation opportunities
- Report on ROAS, CAC, CPL, conversion rates, and lead volume to the Marketing Head with clear, structured narratives
- Manage external vendors, agencies, and platform partners where relevant, holding them accountable to performance benchmarks
- Stay current on platform updates, privacy changes (e.g., iOS/consent), algorithm shifts, and new ad features

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) This role carries direct ownership of the following metrics:
- Return on Ad Spend (ROAS) primary success metric
- Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC) primary success metric
- Cost per Lead (CPL) and lead volume
- Conversion rates across the funnel (click enquiry demo enrolment)
- Lead quality (as validated by the admissions team)

Required Qualifications

- Demonstrated ability to design and build high-converting landing pages and lead-capture funnels
- Ability to design email and WhatsApp marketing automations for lead nurturing
- Strong analytical skills comfortable with CAC/ROAS/CPL math, funnel metrics, and turning data into decisions

Positive-to-Have Skills

- Experience with LinkedIn Ads and other paid platforms (Taboola, Quora, Reddit, programmatic)
- Familiarity with reporting/BI tools such as Looker Studio, Tableau, or similar
- Experience with CRM platforms (e.g., LeadSquared) and marketing automation tools
- Edtech or education-sector marketing experience

Education

- Bachelor's degree in any discipline (required)
- Preferred: Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field; MBA is a plus

Core Competencies
