We are looking for confident and customer-focused Callers to handle inbound and outbound calls, explain loan and credit card products, and assist customers with the initial application process.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls and handle inbound customer queries.
- Explain loan and credit card products, eligibility, and basic terms.
- Capture customer details and update leads in the CRM.
- Follow up with customers and coordinate with the sales/operations team.
- Handle basic objections and queries professionally.
- Meet daily and weekly calling and conversion targets.
- Follow company scripts, processes, and compliance guidelines.
Requirements
- Good communication and telephone etiquette.
- Comfortable speaking in Hindi and English.
- Basic computer and CRM knowledge.
- Target-oriented and organized approach.
- Willingness to learn loan, credit card, and basic banking products.
- Prior telecalling, call centre, or financial services experience is preferred.
- Minimum qualification: 12th pass; graduates preferred.
