Bhavya Cafe is a vibrant and growing cafe located just steps away from the IIT Roorkee main gate. We pride ourselves on serving delicious, high-quality food and beverages to a fast-paced crowd of students, faculty, and locals. We are looking for a passionate and efficient Chef to lead our kitchen operations, execute our menu with consistency, and help us deliver exceptional culinary experiences. Role &

Responsibilities: Prepare and cook dishes from our menu with high quality and consistent presentation. Manage day-to-day kitchen operations, including prep work, cooking, and plating. Maintain strict hygiene, food safety, and cleanliness standards in the kitchen at all times.

Monitor inventory levels, track ingredient usage, and communicate restocking needs to management to minimize wastage. Ensure all kitchen equipment is properly maintained and handled safely. Adapt to peak rush hours efficiently, ensuring fast service without compromising food quality.





Assist in testing and developing new menu items or seasonal specials as needed.

Qualifications &

Skills: Proven experience as a Chef, Cook, or similar role, preferably in a cafe, fast-casual restaurant, or busy street-food venture. Strong hands-on experience with cafe-style cuisine (burgers, pastas, sandwiches, quick bites, etc.). Ability to work efficiently under pressure during peak hours. Excellent time-management and multitasking skills. Strong understanding of food safety and sanitation practices. A team player with valuable communication skills and a positive attitude.
