About the Role

We are looking for skilled CAE NVH Engineers with hands-on experience in BIW (Body in White) and TBIW (Trimmed Body in White) analysis and NVH simulations.

Key Responsibilities

- Modeling BIW parts and plastic trim parts.
- Integrating BIW and Trimmed BIW assemblies.
- Performing normal mode analysis and Frequency Response Function (FRF) analysis.
- Conducting system and subsystem-level modal analysis and joint stiffness analysis.
- Performing trimmed body and BIW analysis; full vehicle analysis is an added advantage.
- Working on acoustic transfer functions and cavity model building.




- Conducting root cause analysis and proposing design improvements.

Mandatory Technical Skills

ANSA, HyperMesh / HyperWorks, Nastran / OptiStruct, CAE NVH simulations, BIW / TBIW analysis, Dynamic stiffness and acoustic sensitivity.

Additional Skills: Actran, VA One, MetaPost, field / test experience.

Candidate Requirements: Strong engineering fundamentals, valuable communication skills, and willingness to work in shifts.
