Minimum Qualification

- Graduate Diploma

- Drafting designs using computer-aided design (CAD) software.

- Prepares complete and detailed drawings for comprehensive and current construction projects involving structural, mechanical, using advanced computer-aided drafting techniques.

- Prepares and/or assists in preparing correspondence to clients and contractors, cost estimates, bid documents, and purchase requisitions for project completion.

- Performs miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned.

- Creating drawings and layouts to illustrate the workflow of designs.

- Collaborating with the design team to review drawings and designs.





- Making adjustments to drawings according to feedback from engineers or architects.

- Ensuring designs comply with company regulations and quality standards.

- Prepare and review rough drawings and review them along with the engineering team.

- Identify potential operational issues and redesign the drawings to improve functionality.
