Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Design Engineer BIW / Sheet Metal to join our automotive engineering team. The ideal candidate should have expertise in BIW product design, sheet metal components, and UG NX, along with a solid understanding of automotive product development.

Key Responsibilities

- Design and develop BIW structures and sheet metal components using UG NX.

- Create 3D models, assemblies, and manufacturing drawings.

- Work on Part Design, Assembly, Sheet Metal, and Drafting modules.

- Perform GD&T;, DFM/DFA, and tolerance stack-up analysis.

- Manage BOMs using Teamcenter/PLM.

- Ensure designs comply with OEM standards and manufacturing feasibility.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality designs.
