About the Role

Kurikkal Furnishing Pvt Ltd is looking for a motivated and detail-oriented CA Intern to support the Finance & Accounts team. This role offers practical exposure to accounting, taxation, financial reporting, compliance, and day-to-day finance operations in a multi-branch business environment.

Key Responsibilities

- Assist with day-to-day accounting and financial transactions.
- Support the preparation and maintenance of financial statements and reports.
- Assist with GST returns, TDS, and other applicable tax compliance activities.
- Support bank reconciliation and ledger reconciliation.
- Assist with accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payment follow-ups.
- Verify invoices, vouchers, bills, and supporting documents.
- Assist in monthly closing activities and financial reporting.
- Support internal audits, statutory audits, and documentation.
- Coordinate with branch teams to collect financial data and resolve accounting discrepancies.
- Maintain proper financial records and ensure accuracy of accounting entries.

Eligibility Criteria




- Must be pursuing the CA course through the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI).
- CA Intermediate qualification or completion of the relevant level, as required for the internship.
- Basic knowledge of accounting principles, taxation, and financial reporting.
- Proficiency in MS Excel; knowledge of accounting software is an advantage.
- Positive analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Willingness to learn and work with the finance team.
