Job Overview

Apexx Gold Mining Solution Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a motivated and detail-oriented CA Inter candidate to join our Accounts & Taxation team in Jalandhar, Punjab. The selected candidate will support day-to-day accounting, financial reporting, taxation, audit coordination and compliance-related activities.

Key Responsibilities

- Assist with day-to-day accounting and financial operations.
- Maintain accurate financial records, vouchers, invoices and supporting documents.
- Assist in preparing financial reports, statements, reconciliations and MIS reports.
- Support taxation-related activities, including GST and TDS documentation and compliance, as assigned.
- Assist with audit preparation, documentation and coordination with auditors.
- Help maintain accounts payable and accounts receivable records.
- Perform bank reconciliations and verify financial transactions.
- Support the preparation and maintenance of accounting records and reports.




- Ensure proper documentation and accuracy of financial information.
- Coordinate with internal departments and senior team members for finance-related activities.
- Perform other accounts, taxation and finance-related duties assigned by management.

Qualification
- CA Inter.

Skills Required
- Basic to good knowledge of accounting principles and financial processes.
- Understanding of taxation, GST and TDS concepts.
- Positive analytical, numerical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Word and basic computer applications.
- Good communication and documentation skills.
- Attention to detail and the ability to maintain accurate records.
- Willingness to learn and take responsibility for assigned tasks.
