Role Overview

We are looking for a qualified Chartered Accountant with solid technical knowledge and practical exposure gained through Articleship at a Big 4 firm or a reputed Chartered Accountancy firm. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in audit, financial reporting, accounting, taxation, and compliance, along with strong analytical skills and attention to detail. The candidate will support financial operations, reporting, internal controls, and compliance while working closely with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities

- Assist in the preparation and review of financial statements, management reports, and financial schedules.
- Support monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closing activities, including reconciliations and variance analysis.
- Conduct financial, statutory, and internal audits, ensuring compliance with applicable accounting standards and regulatory requirements.
- Assist in budgeting, forecasting, financial analysis,



and management information system (MIS) reporting.
- Ensure compliance with applicable tax regulations, including GST, TDS, and income tax requirements.
- Review financial transactions, general ledger entries, and account reconciliations to ensure accuracy and completeness.
- Support the implementation and monitoring of internal financial controls, audit observations, and process improvements.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders and external auditors to ensure timely completion of audits and financial reporting.
- Analyse financial data, identify discrepancies, and provide insights to support business decisions.
- Assist in developing and improving financial processes, reporting systems, and documentation.

Candidate Requirements
- Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) with 0–1 year of post-qualification experience.
- Completed Articleship with a Big 4 firm or a reputed CA firm, preferably with exposure to mid-sized or large corporate clients.
