Job Summary

We are seeking dedicated, proactive, and analytical CA Article Assistants to join our dynamic team. This role offers practical exposure across diverse areas of finance, tax, international accounting, and auditing under the direct mentorship of experienced Chartered Accountants.

Key Responsibilities & Exposure Areas

- Foreign Accounting & International Compliance: Exposure to international bookkeeping, cross-border transactions, foreign client reporting, and global accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks / Xero).
- Statutory & Internal Audit: Assistance in planning, field audit execution, vouching, verification, and preparation of audit reports.
- Direct Taxation: Income Tax return filing for individuals, firms, and companies; assistance in tax audit procedures and assessments.
- Indirect Taxation: GST registrations, monthly/quarterly return filings (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B), reconciliation, and compliance.
- Corporate & Business Compliance: ROC filings,



drafting documents, maintenance of statutory registers, and business registration processes.
- Accounting & Advisory: Bookkeeping supervision, preparation of financial statements, and financial analysis for domestic and international clients.

Candidate Requirements

- Education: Passed IPCC / CA Intermediate (Both Groups or Single Group cleared).
- Skills:
- Basic knowledge of Tally, Excel, Word, and openness to learning cloud accounting tools.
- Good analytical, problem-solving, and numerical skills.
- Strong communication skills and willingness to learn.
- High level of ethics and professional integrity.
